Ms. Rosemary Saenz, Accounting	The staff at El Paso Country Day High School represents a coming together of Ph.D. Scientists, former corporate executives and life-long educators who all share a common passion for teaching -- and for learning. Indeed, it is not uncommon for faculty members to sit in on other classes to learn from their peers. From Dr. Foged's math team, which won every single math competition in the City of El Paso in 2007, to our photography classes, which are taught by internationally acclaimed photographer, Mr. Alex Montero, a graduate of The Brooks Institute of Photography, the faculty and staff at EPCDS are as diverse as our student body, each with their own passion and each with their own expertise. We invite you to take a moment to meet them!
	Laura K. Alpern, Ph.D. Founder, Director Ph. D., St. Louis University, IL. – Education M. Ed., Boston State College, MA – Special Education B.F.A., Beaver College, PA. – Fine Arts/Honors Dr. Alpern brings 35 years of teaching and school administrative experience to El Paso Country Day School. Dr. Alpern began her car- eer in special education working at the Walker School (Special Ed. School of Harvard Medical School).
